Texas Hold'em Explained — Round by Round

Blinds Posted
The two players to the left of the dealer button post mandatory bets called the Small Blind and Big Blind before any cards are dealt. This seeds the pot and creates immediate action. Blinds rotate one position clockwise after each hand.
Pre-Flop — Hole Cards Dealt
Each player receives 2 private cards (hole cards) face down. The first betting round begins with the player to the left of the Big Blind. You can call (match the big blind), raise (increase the bet) or fold (discard your hand and sit out the rest of the round).
The Flop — Three Community Cards
Three community cards are placed face-up in the centre of the table. These can be used by all remaining players to build their 5-card hand. Another betting round follows — players can now check (pass without betting), bet, call, raise or fold.
The Turn — Fourth Community Card
A fourth community card is added to the board, followed by another betting round. At this point, experienced players have a clear read on what hands are possible and will often decide whether to commit to the pot or get out.
The River — Fifth Community Card
The fifth and final community card is revealed, followed by the last betting round. All 5 community cards are now on the board. Players form their best possible 5-card hand using any combination of their 2 hole cards and the 5 community cards.
The Showdown
If more than one player remains after the final betting round, cards are revealed and compared. The player with the best 5-card hand wins the pot. In the event of a tie, the pot is split evenly. Winnings are credited to your 777zx wallet immediately.

Two separate pairs plus one kicker card. The higher pair determines the winner between two players both holding two pair.
Two cards of the same rank and three unrelated cards. The most common winning hand in low-to-mid-stakes poker games.
No combination — the hand is judged by its highest card. Wins only when no other player can form a pair or better.
